I assume this means that, as well as being legally available, these shows will also be more readily available...

Free views of Doctor Who?
Nice Brits...nice Brits!

Free? No such thing.

They aren't making them public domain, obviously.

The business model of the "new millenium" is to start doing illegal stuff by manufacturing and selling or trading other peoples property. Then, you make a deal with them to become legitimate because otherwise you'll continue to steal from them. In the "old millenium", that was called extortion.

@Wizard
Free views! :-D Well, they mention Little Britain and that's free enough on BBC America and the new Doctor Who has been on Scifi channel for a year and now is on BBC America. Pretty much everything is on DVD, so availability isn't a problem. It'll be cool if it's free, but if it's for pay, they should have done it through iTunes. I don't see people downloading yet another program just to view stuff they just paid for. At least with iTunes, you can put the stuff on your video iPod and watch it on your TV.

I watched Torchwood on my Cowon A2 personal media player, looks much better on a 4 inch screen than a 32 inch one, but it still sucks.

Never liked that either...
