Anyone know where I can get one of the ICD Adide2 internal ide controller for A500? Anyone selling one please reply.

If you cant get hold of a used one from Amibench (http://www.amibench.org/) or Ebay (http://www.ebay.com/) then you can always buy a new one from ICD (http://www.icd.com/amiga/) who still seems to manufacture them.

IDC doensn't do anything for Amiga anymore; I wrote them maybe 1.5 years ago and got a quick reply :(

I was on ICD's site a few months ago. They still list their Atari and Amiga products and let you know which ones they still have in stock etc.
On the other hand, I know there are a few upset Atari users out there when it comes to ICD so at this point in time I would be cautious dealing with them.

Yeah I'm afraid I knew ICD has been long gone for some time. I guess there is no other internal ide solution in production from anyone else?

Well, "in production" may be the problem here.
The Big Book of Amiga Hardware (http://www.amiga-hardware.com) lists another internal IDE controller for the A500:
AT 500 MegaBody from MTec (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/at500megabody.html)
And DCE's Viper 520CD (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/viper520cd.html) and Viper 530 (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/viper530.html) accellerators also have an IDE controller on board.
