Title: 1080 Pinouts?
Post by: Tsargon on December 09, 2006, 12:48:44 AM
Greetings!

I just bought a Commodore Amiga 1080 monitor without a cable or manual.  Does anyone know what the pinouts are for the 9 pin male RGB port?  I can't seem to find anything definitive on the internet.  It came out around the time of the Commodore 128 which has a 9 pin RBG output... could they have the same pinouts?

Thanks!

I believe the C= 1080 has the same pinout as the 1084:

1080/1084 pinout (http://www.zimmers.net/cbmpics/cbm/monitors/1084s/pinout.html)

Thanks!  I'll give that a shot.  I bought the 1080 as a replacement for my dead analog 1084 with the 6 pin DIN and I had forgotten about the digital 1084s!

BTW, comparing the 1084D inputs to the C-128 outputs show they are the same.

It's just a standard CGA connector.
