Hi guys,
this link here,
http://www.hyperion-entertainment.biz:8080/amiga
suggests that there are updates for Quake 2 on the Amiga.
I have registered with the Hyperion site, but they are absent from the download section.
Does anyone here have access to them?

Did you register Quake 2? That's the importany part of the process.
-
no I cant register it as the game came on a HDD that I bought as part of a system off of ebay.... :-?

Hallo, i have the same problem. I have registered my PPC Games by Hyperion before 2 years.
And now i have build a new a1200 BPPC, Grex + Voodoo.
I need the updates but, i can´t download them. If i will restart register, it will not work.

I dont see how Hyperion can help us. For all they know we are using pirate copies and are just making up fancy excuses! :)

yeah , anyone having the updates?

And then you don't own the game and therefor not entitled to the update which is only for registered owners.
You can ask the guy you bought the system from for the serial number or account information ofcourse.
As you know Quake2 is open sourced, the Hyperion version is with support (updates/help etc) but thoose non hyperion versions have no updates... and without the serial number and the box ...

Sure, but that'd be clearly piracy to distribute them on here or elsewhere. You have to get them from Hyperion as it's a commercial product. Sorry.
