Title: FS: Pegasos II

I am thinking about selling my Pegasos II machine.

I got the mainboard a month ago, since I was unable to get my hands on a a4000 that I really wanted. But hey, I got one now, and the Pegasos has only been used for one day (mostly irritating me due to a bug in the Morphos installer script).

I guess it's a fun machine, and a fun os. But I never use it. The real amiga is so  mutch more fun.

Edit: Forgot to mention: No hdd installed, 512 Mb memory, a black dvd reader installed

I am trying once more, before throwing it on some auction site.

There is some gfx card installed. I cant remember the brand, but I recall that it is one of thouse supported by morphos 3d thingy.

But it seems like everyone is selling of their pegasoses this days.

I'm very interested, but I don't have the money (unless you're willing to sell it for some 25 Euro, that is).

You gave me a very good idea on which case to get for my Peg I though... :-)

Damn if you wanted an A4000 and got a Peg instead you need to give it a chance. My Pegasos II is way above what my A3000 could do, and I had a PPC in it, a Mediator and all the other stuff it supported. There is no bug in the installer script. You just need to read the Docs close.

Basicly with the exception of the games and apps that hit the custom chips that Pegasos with the latest (Free) release of Morphos you can do just about anything the A4000 can do and a ton more.

If you need help just ask. I am more then willing to show you the joys of owning a Pegasos. If you must sell it though I would recomend posting on www.morphzone.org since a lot of us are over there, and several are looking for a 2nd or 3rd board to back up the one they have now.

Selling the peg. pfft!! it rocks, I would stay on it, you dont get
much for it anyways...

And everybody selling ? I see mostly people getting pegs now!
