Title: need help with "amiga to pc connection through parallel-cable"

hey

I'm going to buy an amiga2pc connection-kit from ebay with a parallel-cable and software, but thing is i don't have parallel-port on my laptop, only usb.

then i found these parallel to usb adapters, does anyone know if this will work? the adapter is for a standard 36pin? printercable.
