What's the best way to find out if the PPC side of Cyberstorm is working? I've downloaded a few PPC demos but all I get is a "WarpOS- Power PC Exception" message every single time.. I currently have a cybervisionPPC installed and believe have warpOS 5.1 and the latest version of Warp3D.
It's abit of a kick in teeth if it's broke since I've only had it 24 hrs! Any suggestions appreciated :-?

Run WhichAmiga? program - what Mhz rating does the PPC show as? Random values everytime can indicate a problem.

I ran the program and seems to recognise the processor "PPC 604e 233Mhz (rev 18.3), 66Mhz busclock.
However when I run a second time the system hangs and I need a reboot. Guess the PPC is fried! :-(

Not necessarily- thats a good sign that it originally identified itself correctly.
233mhz CyberstormPPC cards have an infamous low tolerance to heat- have you tried the WarpOS patch:
Change ENVARC:PowerPC/No233Fix to 0 (enables patch)
Change ENVARC:PowerPC/No233Fix to 1 (disables patch)
Restart Amiga.
Of course extra cooling is preferable- the standard 5v fan may need upgrading to a 12v variety.
Also make sure that there is sufficient (+not too much) thermal compound (http://amigakit.leamancomputing.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=69) between the PPC and heating and the fan is clean and rotating well.

Hi,
you need blitzkick with the right commands.
Go the GREX page and use the lastest DCE firmware for GREX it works well even if you don't have a grex
