Hi,

You should be OK with an internal IDE version of the LS120, provided you can find a way of connecting it satisfactorily (it'll probably have to sit outside the A600's case!)...

Aminet has a couple of mountlists (http://aminet.net/search?query=LS-120) - to be used in conjunction with IDEfix97 (http://se.aminet.net/disk/misc/IDEfix97.readme).

i don't need any higher than the standard "2" roms for the a600?

the usb ls120 that they house in an external unit is i think an ide device, strangley... anyway i've read that online and it looks like ide standard, it's the same size as a floppy drive. i've got a buffered interface... would i get all that and a 2.5 inch drive in the case?
