Stumbled across this (http://thedailywtf.com/forums/thread/95273.aspx) while reading slashdot. The company the whole story is about appears to be SimDesk (http://www.simdesk.com/default.asp?id=1).

Dunno, but the alleged incompetence and crazyness must seem familiar :-D.
