The closest I've got to any of that is Final Fantasy IV and VI (http://www.vincentac.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ConsolePhotos/pages/FinalFantasySeries.html) unboxed on the SNES. (FF II and III are in the honorable mentions bit)

Interesting lists though.

I have #20.  (I actually traded away a second copy also...  It wasn't that rare when it first came out!)
