what kind of tasks did you have the 3000 do with that kind of setup?

It ran arexx scripts for an automation project. Had intended to upgrade to latest OS to use machine for "daily driver", now looking into emulation.

I personally think it is a fair price for what you have. However, that it is apart and not in anoriginal case may cause many to obstain from bidding.

I considered parting it out, but it would be great for a tower hack or rackmount case for someone with the skills. To my knowledge it only needs the ROMs upgraded to run OS 3.9.

It was mounted in an industrial rack case that used to contain an ISA backplane. The amiga chassis pan slid right in after removing a bit of metal from where the 20 ISA cards would of gone. Under this were four 5 1/4 drive bays accessable from the front, an AT power supply and room for the micropolis drive.
