It's great that we have a place to discuss our Amiga hobby.
And to get help for all kinds of Amiga related topics.
I'm glad that a site like amiga.org exists, because as an Amiga user, I wouldn't know where else to go!
Let's face it, where else can you rely on when you want information about Amiga, or want to discuss anything Amiga?
Three chears to amiga.org!!! :-D

I second that. Fyrfaldigt leve från mig*!
Been away from the scene for about a decade, and I'm pleasantly surprised to see that it's still thriving. It even seems that the "cadre of dedicated hobbyists of a machine that was way ahead of its time for years and is still interesting and useful after all these years**" is stronger than ever, I guess that most "non-members of this cadre**" have dropped out.
* that's Swedish.
** edit: removed "cult" :)

Yes, this is a great site that provide a much needed service to all of us who still enjoy using and working on Amiga computers.
But, please don't use the word "cult", I prefer dedicated hobbyists of a machine that was way ahead of its time for years and is still interesting and useful after all these years.

I totally agree. A.ORG is like one big Amiga SIG. THere are enough people on it that it's well rounded in knowledge and point of view.
I'd personally be lost without it now that I've been uprooted from my own Users Group :(
TANKZ WAYNE!

Agreed, A.org has been invaluable to me, the sheer amount
of knoledge that the community posesses has helped me many
times.

I consider AOrg the best Amiga forumsite in the world. Ever.

Amiga.org is the site which brought me back to the Amiga in the first place. I started looking for Amiga again on the Internet in the beginning of this year. Just a few months later I owned an Amiga again, and now I'm the proud owner of a killer Amiga.
Thank God I found Amiga.org!

There are many who have helped me over the past several months. I think F;ashlab has been particularly patient.
I remember the Amiga being easier to use. However, I was on the leading edge back in the day with my A3000. Now, the A3000 with OS3.1 is far from on the edge. There is OS3.5, 3.9 and a bunch of new software packages I am destined to learn. The terminology has changed too.
However, I am making great strides and the Amiga's history is no longer confusing.
Three cheers to Amiga.org and their assistance. Each time we are greatful for their support, perhaps a donation is in order. I know I should...
