Title: How to rip video from WinUAE?
Post by: ricco32097 on September 30, 2006, 02:04:26 PM
Is there a way to save a demo to .avi in perfect quality? I would like to save the demos to a DVD. So far the quality has not been that great, I must be doing something wrong.

Does your PC's video card have Composite out?  If so you can go that way to a DVR or VCR.  Failing that, try FRAPS.

Use Output option in WinUAE.

If your system is too slow to compress in realtime, use the raw frame saving (not compressed), and then create the video from the frames in post processing.

B00tDisk: ...tried that years ago, was not happy with the result.

Piru: I will try that later.
