A little OT and certainly nothing against your Ebay listing, but I would like to make the use of the word RARE a 10$ (or pound) surcharge.

£0.99 is a little steep isn't it? I got my 1Mb Amiga 1000 in original box last year for free (thanks AMUC!).
Mine was in great condition but unfortunately the keyboard smelled of cat piss - so if yours doesn't smell of cat piss, £0.99 is probably a good deal. :-D

Well she sold!
For a wopping £330.00 (no cat piss included!)
I will miss it here!
:boohoo: :boohoo: :boohoo:

330 pounds? WTF?
I'm seriously considering putting my A1000 on Ebay as well. It may not be with the original box, but jesus... 330 pounds...
You can buy a Cyberstorm for that money :-o

The low resolution photographs is what sold it. They were perfect. They werent out of focus or stock ones, just low rez. The collector (and the buyer is a collector) couldnt make out any of the minor blemishes and minor imperfections that a used Amiga of this age will have. They thought that it was a factory fresh one :)
It was a very good advert too.
Without a box your A1000 will not make very much. Only true collectors pay that much.

Sheesh! £330? I first read that as £33 and thought it was a bit low, missed the extra zero!
That's NZ$930!!! Amazing! But then again, having its original boxes helps loads!
