Does anyone have one of these lying around?

I've looked for them for years, togther with Concierto and no luck.

Beware that UK models dont work in Germany (Europe?) and vice versa. Even though they are PAL, the audio is on a different sub carrier.

Thanks for the advice! It would really stink if I found one and it wouldn't work!

Finding one will probably not happen in the near future though ;-)

If all you want to do is sample video then it doesnt matter... just the sound doesnt work.

Hi,

There is one for sale at the amiga-news.de site.
The ad was placed there one week ago, so I don't know if
it's already sold.

Paloma (http://www.amiga-news.de/forum/thread.php?id=24323&BoardID=14)

Hope you get it.

Regards,
Lloyd

@ alexh

"....Beware that UK models dont work in Germany (Europe?) and vice versa. Even though they are PAL, the audio is on a different sub carrier...."
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks for the info, I didn't know that. I have a Paloma and a Concierto, but I haven't tried them. The Concierto isn't a priority to test, because I have other stuff going on.
I wanted to test the Paloma but in order for me to attach the aerial adapter I will need to grind some of the A4KT case away (or take the whole mobo out for testing). Hmmmm so I might have a Paloma that I can't use. Is there any external indication or marking on it that will tell me what version it is? You see I bought the PIV second hand, no box.

Got it!

Now for my next step I need the manual but amiga.resource.cx is down... I guess I'll have to wait for when it's up again.

Yeah thanks for the link again, MozzerFan!

Now I need to connect the Picasso IV audio out to my Delfina.

Does anyone know what the usage and arguments of the AudioSelect program is so that I don't need to use the GUI?
