Title: I have a problem with my Surf-Squirrel

They have tried their very best,I don't blame them at all for their efforts, but failed to provide a suitable solution. I am hoping if someone out here who have the time and willing to click on the above link mentioned, read my problem and see if they can help me resolve the issue.
