Hi to A.org!!
What it's the spec of your little loved machine? :-)
I'm now rediscovering the amiga world... forgot since nineteen's. This is a great place to stay (awhile or forever :-D :-D :-D )

Never mind the spec, the real question is "are you really in the RAF"

Welcome Friend!
Questions I don't recomend you ask:
- Why don't they open source Amiga OS?
- What is the *best* Amiga Model?
- Can I read an Amiga floppy in my PC?
- Why are Americans so stupid?
I kid, of course... or not.. or not..... well, whatever, we are a kind bunch. Use your Amiga in moderation and for fun and it will bring you much satisfaction!

because we are capitalist pigs.

To answer 1 question yes i'm really in the RAF. I'm an avionics techie so generally good with digital stuff although my old 1200 is giving me grief at the moment lol. And to answer onther at the minute its just a basic A1200 with a 500mb HDD which seems to stop my floppy booting any games and an old PMCIA Zappo CD Rom which may be unuseable seeing as i don't have any drivers for it lol. All help gratefully recieved lol
-
aaah the Zappo CDRom. That was the cd drive I first had on my a1200. Quite a nice piece of kit, I think it allowed you to boot cd32 games by holding left mouse button on startup. Happy days :-)
The driver disks are available as DMS disk images at http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/overdrivecd (http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/overdrivecd)
You will have to transfer them to the amiga and use the dms tool to unpack them onto a floppy. the dms tool is on aminet.
But I pretty sure still have the original driver disks for it so if you want I could make copies of them to send to you.
