Okay I'd been franticly looking for a replacement 1200 motherboard since my old one died. Eventually decided to buy a complete system of ebay. It has a Rev 1A board and the really weird thing is it doesn't have any clock port! Wasn't this rare revision supposed to have 2 clock ports instead of none!?!

Nope. Some boards had the full P9B header soldered in place though (and IIRC some had the leftmost pins soldered in by mistake!), but it isn't an extra clockport.
The original plan for the A1200 was to ship it with 1MB of memory, and the P9A and P9B headers were there to plug in an extra 1MB and clock.

I bought one of these REV 1A 1200`s off ebay as well,I lost because I wanted it for that reason alone,so that I could put a Cat Weasel on it,to use a scanner.
So I sold it back on Ebay and bought another one, that time I was Lucky !!
