Howdy folks, does anyone know if there is a KVM switch that will work to switch between my Voodoo 5500 (mediator) and the RGB port with an indivision scandoubler? (both on the same A1200) No need to swicth keyboard or anything else, just these two outputs. I don´t have enough room for two monitors on my table... :-( (besides my M1438S is crap anyway...)

on amigakit.com there are specific switches for that job, they only switch the video , not keyboard / mouse too that is not needed. I have one, they are great quality. just look under "new products"

If you get one which uses a keystroke to switch the video, then it will switch the keyboard too. So you need to find one with a physical switch to change the signal. Then connect just the video cables, not the keyboard or mouse.
You could also try to find one of the old style switches with a rotary switch which physically switches the video signal.

ok, thanks for the reply everyone, I think I´ll have a look at amigakit´s KVM's!

Just a suggestion - if you ever fancied splashing out on a new monitor, there are some older high-end monitors which can be found reasonably cheap-ish which have two inputs and a switch on the front panel to choose between them.
I am using a Sony Multiscan G400 which has this feature and it works very well for switching between my Cybervision and scandoubler.
It also avoids the extra cabling beween computer/switch/monitor as well as the box itself - maybe an idea if you're tight on desk space. :-)

Here the direct link for the AGA/SVGA Graphics card switch:

I already have a monitor with 1 DVI and 1 VGA, but the unfourtnatly I need to have my PC connected to this monitor as well because of lack of space. :-( Otherwise that´s the way I´d do it. Perhaps there are monitors with 3 VGA inputs somewhere to be found? :-D

Is this (http://www.jet.de/shop/artikel/2184) the one that you´re using? Is it only availble in Germany? Resonable price though.

yes it is! 2 inputs one output... switchable via keyboard-press (atleast on pc) or the e-switcher on the top (verrry good on amiga)
