I've got a Cocolino on my A1200's mouse port, and a PS/2->AT adapter on my D-Box tower's keyboard interface. So I can use standard PS/2 keyboard and mouse with my Amiga.
I want a KVM to switch between my PegII and my Amiga (Voodoo output). I'm looking at this (http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?rb=21505016200&action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X3Jldmlld3M=&product_uid=75629) Belkin one which has all the cables built in. It emulates PS/2 devices on the "inactive" machine so it boots up correctly. It uses the scroll lock key to switch screens. Does anyone know if this will work ok on an Amiga? Will the scroll lock key work ok for switching the screen? Does the PS/2 emulation cause a problem for the Amiga? Any opinons on the video quality of this device?

It works. I have one with my Amiga and found no troubles with it. Switching using my Logitech Wireless doesn't always work though.
Video quality is fine, unless you want to use 1600x1200@100Hz :)
I have one of these spare; PM me if you want to have a try.
