The Amiga section on my personal site has out grown its place there. I decided its time to transfer the amiga music collection and bulit a site decated to only Amiga Music in Mp3 format.
Now its even better with full qaulity streams and downloads available like before.

Hi,
It looks very nice. I bookmarked your site. Thanks!

Nope, I get the "you have been blocked" message.
Tried in Fx 1.0.6, 1.5.0.2, 2.0, IE 5.5, 6.0, Opera 8.5, 9.0, I'm alleged to have attempted improperly accessing the admin area of the site.
I think some configuration tweaks may be needed?

I saw Eye of Horus up there in the Newwest section, so I made and account. No problems from where i'm coming from.
The Eye of Horus zip wouldn't unpack in winrar, or explorer shell, had to get winzip to unpack it.
Love that Faery Tale Adventure compilation.

Hi Sorry about the site blocks errors, thats the site protector. One question are you using proxies? A proxy server?
I have adjusted the settings. Please try and see if it works.
Koaftder, Yes some zips need zip software that can handle bzip2 compression. Many free zip programs can extract bzip and on dif. OS too. www.bzip2.org - www.7-zip.org
We used bzip2 for better compression of mp3s, up to 40%.

Uh. zip is zip, bzip2 is bzip2.
Don't call bzip2 files .zip, they should be .bz2
-
well when zipped they have the extention .zip?
Its the compression, bzip2. Like deflate is another (default i think)
-
Use real bzip2, it's far less confusing (and all apps should support it natively, without need to support some obscure zip compression method 12).
You can then decompress the files under AmigaOS aswell.

That may be WinZip's fault. ISTR that the latest version, which supports bzip2, still uses the .zip extension. Although, there may be an advanced option to change that. I rarely use WinZip to do anything other than extract files.
-
Winzips fault, they want to be #1 for handling zips. I prefer winrar.
I just got the Mp3 player up, streams Mp3 tracks. So for those that haven't downlaoding anything its a preview of what to expect. Needs flash however.
For Ibrowser People, sorry. But the site was built for the masses! Firefox / IE6 etc. Ibrowse is pretty much dead right?
