From Stuart Campbell via Amiga-News.de: the new Sensible Soccer reportedly has some massive problems.
"The Great Sensible Soccer Swindle (http://worldofstuart.excellentcontent.com/swiz2/swiz2.htm)"
I never played the original, but this article makes me want to find a copy! :-)

Seems like it's riddled with bugs... Anyway I did play the original but didn't like it; I like Kick Off 2 a lot better!

SWOS was really nice, but Goal is the true ultimate simulation for the amiga. :)
I am deleting the demo of Sensible soccer 2006 without installing it then. Still on my desk since before the World Cup.

And here I was thinking Eurogamer was a decent games website.

I bought it on the day of release becuase I thought - hey - this will be great! It is actually a nice game but the BIGGEST problem of all with this game is that it has more than ONE fire button!
A lot of "almost great" games are "almost" there because of the control method or the controller itself. This is evident in Kick off and Sensi for the Amiga, but as soon as you intruduce sprint button, pass button, kick button, shoot button the whole appeal of Sensi in the first place is gone.
True that the new Sensi only uses three or four buttons but it's two or three too many.
Havent played it since initial trial :o(
Hey Ho
Back to the CD 32 version using my comp pro 5000 :o)
