The Power Computing website (www.powerc.co.uk) sell expansion cards (Viper 1260) for the A1200, so you may be able to buy one of those and use the chip from that

On german Ebay you can find a turbocard with 68060 on it for 40,5 euro at this time and it still has got 7 days to go, check this (http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2729219823&category=8142) out ....
