Title: Watchout for AMIGA-SHOP
Post by: A1200Power on July 29, 2006, 02:04:01 PM
FRAUD "AMIGA-SHOP" GERMANY.

I recently won a ZIII microniks board for the 1200 on ebay.
Just after that i send a mail to the seller to give his bank number and adres for tranfer.

The costs for the delivery via mail where 17eu insured with DHL. (DHL delivers FAST that means about 2 or 3 work days)

The package has been marked as PAYMEND RECEIVED on 13 JUL. It is now 16 days later and still no package.

AMIGA-SHOP did mail me once that the parcel would be send last week. But with DHL is should not take a week.

Also after 1 week still nothing and no reply's to my mails i really consider myself FU*KEDUP

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS ? I allready did a NO ITEM RECEIVED MAIL TO EBAY.

Gr Henk

Talk to ebay about it?

Hmm, I remember there being an amiga-shop.com which was a fraud, but that turned out to be a kid in Manchester, I think thats long gone.

However if you are talking about http://www.kdh-amiga-shop.com/ then
this (http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=12151) may be a relief.

This Amiga-shop (http://feedback.ebay.nl/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=amiga-shop&items=25&which=all&interval=&page=1&frompage=-1&iid=-1&de=off) has good feedback.

Was that the guy who had OS4 and AmigaOnes 'in stock', and who also created multiple accounts on various forums posting as satisfied customers recommending him?
 Last I saw, he was selling Peg 2's on Ebay

I bought a warpengine turbo card from this fool in january..

I eventually got the card, over 1 month after auction end.

All it took was filing a non delivery with ebay, then waiting till i could file with paypal.. Then surprise surprise it arrived once paypal had kicked some ass..

Item worked so i never took it any further..

Although i could not post some feedback because his account was suspended..  Im surprised to see him going again.

@Leofoe,

Hey Leo,

It is not about the feedback, he has got more probs if  you walk through his complete history of transaction.

On the other hand i have never got probs with paying to someone else and i buy amiga parts in germany on a regular base.

So this guy is really FRAUD or verrrrrrry slow delivery. In wich case i would think WHY DO I PAY FOR TRANSPORT COSTS.

are you sure this is the person you are talking about?

@Keropi,

Yes that's him.

Iam not saying that all the transactions are a fraud. But if you check some of his translog. Then you find people who also say that he is replying somewhat LATE & SLOW.

I have to pay fast but he doesn't have deliver fast. Don't you think that it's kinda strange.

I don't think that he is a fraud.
There must be some other reasons too, we need to hear both sides...
I have bough from KDH-shop (I think it was that, 90% percent sure) via ebay a monitor switch... it made 1+1/2 month to get to Greece from Germany, it was the posts office error!
And one time a used n64 actually made Germany->Greece->Germany-Greece to get to me!

Also DHL in Germany is the normal post, not a courrier service like in other countries (like Greece)
all my packages from Germany are DHL branded (naturally) and arrive with the normal Greek post-office...

@Keropi

So you want to hear both sides?? That is the prob because he doesn't give a reply at all. Afcourse there can be something wrong. But then again Why doesn't he give me a parcel number or a reply at my mails. I have mailes him 4 times an only 1 reply THE PARCEL WILL BE SEND THIS WEEK.

When I look at the completed transactions from amiga-shop, I don't see any Micronik Z3 board mentioned? What is the item-number?

I've had dealings with this seller too.

I bought a bvision card from him (at an admittedly bargain price) and paid the huge sum of 34 euros for delivery to Australia.

After 5 weeks, and 2 emails (one in his native German in case he didn't understand the first one) I lodged a complaint with ebay.

The card finally showed up after 2 and a bit months. I left him negative feedback for not answering my reasonable requests for delivery details, and he left me a negative for worrying I'd lost my money !!!

This from someone who is a prominent member of Amiga.org, and moderator of a forum in his native Germany. Who can you trust ?
