Its a chip that goes into an Amiga 4000.
Or, more accurately, its the chip that gets taken out of Amiga 4000s and replaced with the much better revision 11 buster ;-)
If you've got an A4000 with a soldered Buster rev. 9, well, your Zorro III slots won't perform as well as they should.

... and in the A3000 it's even socketed - but it's easy to break the aged socket if you're not careful.
