Title: A1200 Oops today
Post by: irishmike on July 25, 2006, 07:46:56 AM
Hello Everyone:

Boy Am I mad at myself for this one.  And it was a stupid mistake ta boot :-)

I was installing my Blizzard 1230 + SCSI card into my A1200 when the top was inadvertedly pushed off the bench -- no damage to the top, but the drive indicator/power light board wires came out of the connector to the mainboard and the green wire on the board is detached.  (Nothing a little solder won't fix there).  But the red and the orange wires came out of the connector and I need to know the order they go back in.

Thanks,

Mike

I did that once, luckily the cable and lights weren't damaged.

Ever since then I've taken the extra 2 seconds to unplug the cable from the motherboard ;-)
