Title: Genesis on Workbench 3.9 - opening ports?

I'm using telser for inbound telnet connections, but when I try to connect to my own box using loopback (127.0.0.1), Genesis throws up a "access to port 23 denied".  How can I open up ports?

Figured it out, now I gotta find out why telser is crashing when being initialized.
