I received an email yesterday requesting help fixing an Amiga4000, 100 miles east of Dallas, TX. If the Amiga user group down there (or someone who knows someone, etc.) is still active, please give this guy an email and possibly get in touch to help him, it's a TV Station and the Amiga is their main editor (but of course :). I'm in Seattle and a wee bit too far away. . doh!
remove the from the email below, of course. ..

I think he'll forgive me for putting his email up here, since he sounds like he needs help - they have apparently 3 A4000's but the other backup systems don't seem to work for them either, so this might be a good work opportunity for someone, too, not sure.
good luck and let me know what happens, I'll email him that I posted this note up here.

Did they specify what the exact problem(s) were?

no, unfortunately. I'd just drop him a line and if you can't help, at least you tried. . .it sounded like they wanted someone on site, however.
