Title: Software tweaks for WB3.1?
Post by: pan1k on July 17, 2006, 07:39:47 PM
Hey guys, I have finished working on my amiga for the next few weeks. I got WB3.1 reinstalled and all of my old apps. I even got it online with my PCMCIA ethernet card. Is there any tip/advice on how to tweak the system so that it's running at it's best? It's got a blizzard 1240 installed with 128mb of ram.

thanks for any info you can share!

Well, the latest MCP - http://mcp.dgroppe.de/ - and Scalos - http://scalos.noname.fr - would certainly pretty high up on my list.

Cheers,
James

Don't forget about BlizKick (http://piru.dyndns.org/~p/sw/) - this proggie matches the best to your Blizzard!
(BlizKick 1.24 beta 8 is the latest, just read the documentation twice before you start using it ;)

Scalos 1.x is freeware.
