This guy told me that he sent the package 9 days ago, but the company that send the packet don't know anything about my package, the last thursday i sent a message to this guy, he promised to inform me the friday. I didn't received a message then i ask again to the transport company, they don't have a package for me, and the guy didn't not response since last thursday... I think that i will not get my BPPC... someone bought something to this guy? i think that is a member of this community.

I just received the board, i can remove the cooler, it seem that the guy removed before to see the PPC, it will affect to the board? it still have to metal pieces to fix the cooler, but it don't have glue, and it have a lot of dirty inside...

You can clean it and use white thermal paste. But be careful with static electricity, you may damage the chip very easily... and do not apply too much pressure.

But it can work stable without glue?, the cooler is fixed with two metal pieces. I probably will buy a antistatic electricy bracelet, it was thinking about buying one some time ago...

It's not glue, it's thermal paste which assists with conducting heat away from the chip. It will work without it, but may be prone to overheating. You should carefully wipe off the residue and then replace a THIN layer of fresh thermal paste over the die of the chip, then secure the heatsink over the top of the chip.

We use this paste with the BlizzardPPC:

I think that i have some of this thermal paste, one friend have a computer shop and give me a similar thing, i used for heatskins on old Pentium computers, and he can give me more, it should work... or is a different type of paste on PC's?
Anyway the main problem is how long has been using this card without thermal paste... and if the cpu was damaged, until this weekend i can't try the board.

yes its the same paste :)
