Sorry I'm new to this so please bear with me. I use Miami and YAM. I belong to a yahoogroups group, and have recently been having trouble with my messages being bounced back, with the result I cannot send or receive from this group. I have tried visiting yahoo and sorting it out, but I can't seem to do anything because they need a secure connection, which I don't have. It has been suggested I get another email address just for sending and receiving from this group, but if I do this I have no idea how to configure Miami and YAM for another address. I had problems previously when I changed Isp, and it was ages before I could get them to work properly.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you need MiamiSSL (http://www.aminet.net/package.php?package=comm/tcp/MiamiSSL221.lha). That should get you into Yahoo.

even if you had to change your email, this has nothing to do with miami. only with yam.:eureka:
-edit-
btw: welcome aboard :-)

Great idea I thought, and downloaded MiamiSSL immediately. I have just gone onto the Vapor site to look for origimiamisslint.library and I can't seem to find it. I have everything else I need, but obviously can't get any further until I have this library. Help!!!!

Hi there,
I downloaded MiamiSSL and read the documentation carefully. It told me to go to www.vapor.com to get the miamisslintl.library. I tried this, and couldn't find it. I posted on this forum that I couldn't find it and asked for further help. So far I have not had a reply. Please help as this is holding up my installation of MiamiSSL, and consequently my ability to sort out my problems with yahoo. Any help with finding this library would be appreciated.

@ Yesnaby
I'm almost certain I have it. Send me a PM with your email address and I'll get it to you.
EDIT: Wait, here (http://ftp://ftp.vapor.com/pub/voyager/miamissl/MiamiSSLIntl10.lha) it is. Buried in the ftp server. If it doesn't work, though, the above still applies.

Thanks Matt. Downloaded it and will try it and get back to you if it doesn't work.
