I saw a friend of mine had a Kickstart 1.3 image in his Workbench menu on his Amiga 1200. He is able to boot Kickstart 1.3 from Workbench 3.0. Since someone did this for him, he wasn't quite sure how to realise this on my Amiga 1200. :(
Can someone please tell me how to create a boot-image on workbench 3.0 for Kickstart 1.3?
Thanks!

Yes, it does, just right-click and save as...

I use skick (http://www.aminet.net/package.php?package=util/boot/skick345.lha).
Another thing you can do is use the kick13.slave with WHDload. You can create a directory on your HD and it will be a "virtual disk" in WHDload and use 1.3 ROM (skick 1.3 ROM needed). As long as you have enough RAM for preload (the more stuff in your virtual disk, the more RAM you'll need). I have all my WB 1.3 disks set up as virtual disks so I don't need to insert floppies when I want to run WB 1.3 stuff on my WB 3.0/3.1 A500. (note: games and other non-WB stuff will need specific slaves to run properly, but lots of well written WB 1.3 stuff will work fine)

Thanks! I finally managed to download Relokick. :-)
On my friends computer Kickstart 1.3 had a shortcut in the rolldown menu on workbench 3.0. He could load it from without the menu. If he rebooted his amiga he had kickstart 1.3 loaded.
Does any of you guys know how to realize that?

If you're talking about adding it to the Workbench Tools menu, you can get "AddTools" from Aminet and this allows you to easily add commands to the Tools menu.
So for example, using Skick to boot 1.3, I would just add these lines to the AddTools text config file:
Boot WB 1.3
c:skick kick34005.A500
A
...and that's it. Then when I select "Boot WB 1.3" from the Tools menu, it'll automatically reboot with the 1.3 insert disk screen.

I'm also very interested in this one, what are the commands for using Relokick?
Thanks, Sigurd
