Hi, can somebody do me a favour and copy me the workbench 3.0 install disk.
My HD completely crashed and became corrupt. So I formatted a new 250mb HD and wanted to install wb 3.0 and then install idefix and install os3.9 again from cd.
My install disk is corrupt.
I cant copy the adf onto disk as my A600 with a cf adapter has broken kickstart roms.
Could somebody please copy this to floppy and stick it in an envelope? I can send a little payment via paypal.
Thanks,
THIS IS NOT PIRACY AS I OWN THE ORIGINAL 3.0 DISKS JUST ONE OF THEM IS CORRUPT

So where are you located?

@Smiley1635
What do you need the install disk for?? You can just copy the contents of the Workbench disk to the harddrive boot partition, and install IDEfix from there.

IDEFix is one of the many different replacements/upgrades for the built-in IDE controller in A600/A1200/A4000's.
Usually used on an A1200 in combination with 3.5 Inch Harddisks and CDRom drives.

Can be either hardware or software. The hardware side is a buffered IDE interface that allows you to use up to 4 devices with the internal IDE interface.
The software side is to easy install CD drives, and to use harddrives bigger than 4 GB.
The software can be used without the hardware, and the hardware can be used without the software.
