Marks & Spencers (often called Marks and Sparks for some reason) is a long established chain of shops in the UK. Usually abbreviated M&S. Byteswap that and you get S&M...by which time it is long past the moment you should get your coat and leave on the grounds that this joke is about as funny as dental surgery without anesthetic ;-)
