Hi, yes you can.
But why does this mobo don't boot ? have you cleaned ALL the socketed component and theirs sockets ? ;-)

My memory isn't that good. What are your trying to run again? An A1200?

Yes, it can be desoldered.
But it would be much much easier and no chance to destroy anything if you just used the composite output (from the yellow RCA-connector next to the RF output) instead or bought an Amiga RGB scart cable.
Both of those will also give better image quality than you get by using the rf, especially the RGB scart.
Most TVs accept atleast composite input, either via a dedicated connector and/or via the scart connector.

the composite output dosnt work to im running an 1200

the best option is to use a scart cable from th ergb port.
however, if you don't have a tv with scart port, and you really need to use the rf, then you can buy a A520 modulator unit and use it through RGB port. A520 is usually not a very expensive unit (be sure to buy a proper unit for your region (PAL/NTSC stuff).
