The Amiga side is included. Once you connect your Amiga and PC with a null-modem cable (and it has to be a null-modem cable not a serial cable) right click on the amiga explorer icon on your pc desktop and click setup and if all go's well it will transfer the Amiga files over for you. Then make sure those files go in your WB startup drawer and you should be good to go.
I havnt actually done this as I learned that there is a difference between null-modem and serial cables and I need to pick one up today. But should work!!

The files are also located in the Amiga subdirectory of the install folder.  (In case you are using Ethernet only and just want to copy the files to a PC floppy...)
