Hey peeps, just a quick question. I want to replicate my real A4000`s boot partition on Winuae as a .HDF file. Is there a nice easy way to do this?
Regards, Bubble.

it's simple
connect your amiga hardisk to your pc
then go to winuae settings/hard drives and add your hardisk
note that this winuae feature only works on winxp and not works on win9x/me
bye, laser

Apparently, a hdf file is just like a big adf, so run TSGUI and save your boot partition as hardfile.hdf, just like you would save a floppy as floppy.adf. Then transfer this file somehow to the PC.

you can connect with AmigaExplore (cloanto) amiga and pc and just drag and drop the boot partition to win desktop. it will transfer the whole disk as a hdf file. with a network card is easy, but if you connect with serial it's a pain...
