Title: Toccata and ProStation Audio woes
Post by: PhatAgnus on May 01, 2006, 11:59:31 PM
I'd recently received the Toccata card via eBay in hopes to mate it with my copy of PSA 4.20. However, I'm realizing now that I don't have the 'toccata.audio' file nor its' supporting Devs driver from AHI. I want to use PSA for recording from the Toccata, and so the "AHIInOut" driver setting is what would be best suited for my needs (my AD516 couldn't record through PSA due to lack of drivers/support). I'm having trouble finding these Toccata files on Aminet (does anyone else realize how crippled this library has become?) :( Could anyone here fling these files over to me or at least point me in the right direction for downloading? TIA Guys.

Toccata.audio is part of the AHI V6 package, it should be in the AHI extra drivers archive (from here (http://www.lysator.liu.se/~lcs/files/ahi/system/m68k-amigaos-ahidrv-6.0.lha)).

You might also find the PSA Toccata driver useful. See this (http://www.audiolabs.it/files/index.html) page.

Also see AD516-AHI.lha on Aminet in the mus/misc directory (main server currently down, FTP mirrors are working)

Thanks for the hyperlinks Guys. The AHI AD516 driver was only good for output, but not recording. Always had to resort to using Studio16 to record, then PSA to edit & convert to wav, CDDA, etc.
