Kind of funny and sad at the same time!.
I think that was the final era/stage that I was still pumped that the Amiga would really make a comeback.......

Judging by the price this item hit till two days to auction end, I think Amiga inc may consider issuing new press releases to fund new board designs / production batches. :lol:

It's funny isn't it? :lol: I don't know who made it, but it is a standard smiley Wayne has at Whyzzat. Maybe Wayne knows who made it?

OT: Sorry, I don't remember where it came from originally, but the reason it doesn't reside here is the fact that the animated smiley itself is 60k.
Can you imagine if everyone and there brother started using 60k smileys here? Blimey!

I agree, this thing came out shortly after Jim Collas came onboard. Originally with the QNX announcement, I was so full of optimisim... So sad...

I agree, rather unfortunately. The last, best hope for peace in our galaxy was with Gateway and Jim Collas. Everything since has been hobbyist ventures.
That's the reason why it's important to have and to remember the things that we all went through that got us there.

But now the said thing, I got an email from Ebay saying they removed the item as it was violating their rules.

No worries, the auction was long closed and the flyer shipped days ago. See THIS (http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=22252) new thread. Someone at AI(is there anyone besides McBill?) complained that it was an illegal bootleg copy, which it is not. Nothing will come of this, I'll whine back to eBay and they will do nothing either way. you will get your package in ~1 week.
