Usually you use the english words as in "das Motherboard" or "das Mainboard". Sometimes you say "die Hauptplatine", but this is very seldom (sounds strange to me).
BTW, you should use http://dict.leo.org/ as a dictionary. It's world's best ! (Doesn't translate whole texts, though).
