Hi all, using AmiKit V1.1.2 at the moment, with AWeb 3.5.08.
Trouble is with Yahoo trying to sign in.
I have AmiSSL V3.6 Installed and running.
When trying to sign in I get an erros telling me my password is wrong.
But it isnt, this I do know.
It seems to be something with my cookies not working.
Has any one else got this problem?
I have the exact same problem with my Amiga T1200
TIA,
Mike.
BTY IBrowse is no problem.

Hi Mike,
I had this problem with Aweb 3.4 and signing in to my email. With 3.4 it seemed the session cookies were not properly supported, and expired instantly.
It may be that Aweb 3.5 also does not properly support session cookies (although I'd have thought they would have fixed that), but if there is a configuration problem, I believe that is where it will lie.
I had no probelm with the trial version of Ibrowse (available for download at iospirit (http://amiga.iospirit.de/index.php?mode=products&modmode=search&search_product%5Bsearchfor%5D=IBrowse&sid=2111935Ga18ced2d44ad6492). You could give that a try - at least then you'll know if it is AmiSSL or Aweb which is causing the problem.
I seem to remember having especial problems with Yahoo, and it was either Voyager or Ibrowse which was the only one I could log in with.

swift,
Aweb is a very buggy browser.....don't lost your time with buggy software
Use Ibrowse instead....another buggy browser but better than Aweb
bye, Laser

swift, Yeah, AWeb is a bit buggy, but you may want to download the latest AWeb APL from this website:
aweb.sunsite.dk/
OK, I still have problems with certain webpages, but my Yahoo! Troubles are gone now. Actually, I think Aweb is pretty decent now...just watch out for pages that use Flash for buttons....
Something to try.... BTW, back up your Aweb directory before installing, so you can copy back your hotlist, settings, etc. if needed.

although i don't use Aweb, to say that its a "very buggy browser" its a ....
The work done by the Aweb Team, is been awesome compared to the 3.4 version.
You have to think that the more will be the new JS capabilities/features, the more Aweb will be unusable/slow on 68K systems (the same goes for YAM 2.5dev); both not yet CPU optimized
AOS4 users claims that Aweb is so fast because they have "horsepowers" to play with. Here i.e with a Classic and MOS installed, the faster browser still IBrowse (emulated) although for some sites i still need Aweb.
@swift240
like already suggested, reinstall Aweb in another place and start it as is. (and/or delete all the diskcache files and cookies)
