Title: Lotus Trilogy CD32 on A1200/Squirrel
Post by: adrian82 on April 14, 2006, 01:42:00 PM
Hi folks,

I have the CD32-version of the Lotus games (Lotus Trilogy)
which I'd like to play on my Amiga 1200 (B1220/28/4)
with the help of my squirrel SCSI adapter which has
some sort of CD32-emulation software allowing to play
CD32-games. All of the games I own work so far, except
for Lotus Trilogy which gives me nothing but a black
screen right after booting, even when using the CD32-boot
diskette only (instead of the HD-installed CD32-emu which
makes some games not work). Any hints ??

Adrian

Use WHDLoad to install the game on HD.

Hi, I have had the same setup as you do (I only recently upgraded to a A1230), I didn't check Lotus though, but a few other games also don't seem to work (like Skeleton Crew for instance). It could be that Lotus is one of those games that NEEDS a patch to work on a normal A1200 (like Wing Commander CD32)
