Title: Help!!!!!!

on the left side of the desktop 3000 is a small board with two lights one is for power (left side) the other is for HD (right side) i only have the power light, i would like the harddrive light to activate when the hd is in action.
part of the board bad, light bad? both? any fix or must i try and find this impossible board?????????if so and you have one i will take it.

thanks for all your help, oh i got the machine up and running i switched roms out and its working fine now.

Swap them round. If you then have No power light but the Hard drive is flashing what use to be the Power Light, then you know the LED is shot.
Simple Logic really. :-D

Usually the solder points break out when the case top is replaced without the necessary care. It's very easy to repair with a soldering iron.
