Can anyone help?
I have an m1230xa (microbotics) accelerator card for my 1200, it will only see 16mb of ram I have tried two 32mb sims and a 128mb sim, amiga hardware book states it should take 128. I have autoxa loaded but this makes no difference
Any ideas

it also says that:
''The board allows the configuring of the RAM speed and cycle ranges manually and supports cycle ranges 1-5 and RAM speeds of 50 - 100ns. You may need to configure this with the provided software utilities. Similarly you may not see all the RAM until you use the provided utilities to add it.''
have you try these instructions?
-edit-
at the ''amiga hardware database'' says that:
under Kickstart 3.1 the RAM is autoconfigured, under 3.0 it's configured by software''
do you have kickstart 3.0 or 3.1 on your amiga?

@bootneck
You have to setup your ram size/speed with the setxa utility. When you save your settings its written to the eeprom on the card. If you have ks3.0 you have to add the following line in your startup-sequence 'setxa addmem' to add the memory to your system (not needed with ks3.1).

I LHA'd the directory of m1230xa tools I had on my a1200 and put it here:

As with everything concerning hardware you should start on Amiga Hardware Book http://www.amiga-hardware.com/ and the links over there. In a minute or less I could find this: http://amiga.resource.cx/install/M1230XA-101.dms

I've put a scanned manual up for download here (http://members.ams.chello.nl/a.salis/mbxt1230.lha). And you can find the install disks here (http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/search.pl?id=mbx1230).
