Title: how do i connect my HD to the amiga 1200 motherboard

Can someone please tell me which way my IDE cable should be connected to my amiga 1200 motherboard ? Because i have been trying to connect the Seagate HD drive and i'm nor sure which way it should be attatched. I have an IDE cable of the following format :

2,5----2,5----3,5 inch, the cable has a red line on one side, and I'm connecting it directly to the amiga 1200 motherboard with only a (working) ppc card attatched. I do have 4xIDE but i would like to see it work directly first without it, thx !

Look for a small number 1 that is where the red on the cable should be.
