Title: Newton 4Mb Flash memory, it will work on A600?

I heard that some newton pcmcia memories works on Amiga, but i don't know if the model i found will work on my A600, someone know if this model is compatible? it have very nice price compared with other shops.

if it says the words "FLASH"   it probably will not work

it has to be SRAM

soe of the earlier Apple Newton Cards were SRAM..........the kind that uses coin batteries.

You can use those SRam cards as a memory expansion but the coin batterie allows you to use the card also as a kind of harddrive. But who wants to use a 4 Mb harddrive when you can get a 128 Compact Flash pcmcia card for a lower price  :lol:
