Title: AMIGA PICASSO IV MULTIMEDIA VIDEO CARD - 8753968423
Post by: Kernel on February 23, 2006, 05:36:24 PM
How do people like this stay in business?  I asked multiple times if the picture was a "stock" photo or one of the actual item because there was no flicker fixer on the card.  I finally got a response:

"manual & video card only- read the discription"

Apparently, he doesn't understand the idea behind eBay's "Ask the seller a question" functionality.

Well, since I posted a thread earlier about video cards, is this considered a good video card for the Amiga.  Specifically the A4000?

I'm hoping in the not too distant future to purchase an accellerator and a video card so I'm trying to get info.  :)

Thanks.

The PIV, if I recall correctly, is widely reguarded as the best video card for the Amiga.  However, without the flicker fixer, this card is not work $300 in my book.

Mine DOES NOT WORK AT ALL without the Flicker Fixer.... (tried that once)
(Tried it with only one though, not sure if all Picasso IV's act that way....)
