The good times are over and I have gone and bought a house, so time to make some cash.
I have for sale an A1200, Blizzard 240/040 603 PPC, scsi enabled with 64meg, Runs fine, I have not altered it, very rarely used. I don’t know how much it’s worth so offers.
From the same card I have a Bvision 8meg graphic card. Sadly I don’t have the original software for either, but I do have copies of it, sorry. Same with above, offers! I would prefer to sell them both at the same time.
Cheers!
-
i'll take the PPC card and the Bvision off you for...
£300? you'll have to wait till the end of the month when i get paid if you're happy with that... :-)
try to keep what you can... i regretted selling everything when i did. now i'm starting all over again...
-
300 GBP or 438 Euro seems like a very fair price. I have seen both of them being sold for less on Ebay but of course also for more :-)

Agreed! I will never ever sell any piece of my Amiga-related hardware - my last major mistake was selling my original A500 back in the early 1990s... But I bought another one since then to make up for it!!

Thanks Effy, i wasn't sure what would be a good price. but it sounded about right... :-)
I already have a Blizzardvision GFX card, but i don't mind getting another one if they are to be sold as a pair.
InTheSand, ahmen dude ;-)

I also made a big mistake a year ago by selling my first A4000 in Micronik tower with Piccolo gfx card and scandoubler and Fastlane and a normal A3640. To many this may seem like low spec but to me it was really impressive. Had to sell it due to financial problems :boohoo:
But a few months ago the owner gave me a call if I was interested in taking it back because he didn´t do much with it :-o Man, I was the happiest guy in the world at that moment :lol:
-
darksun9210, thanks for the offer. If I would prefer near 350 for the two but if I i dont you can get it :-)
Also what is the best way to pay? Is paypal best for people?
I Live in aberdeen if anyone want to save on postage! Although I will pay the postage if I get what I want for them!
Thanks Alot
Barry!
P.s, I would rather not sell but it seems abit of a waste for only playing Gloom and Quark. :roll:

For £350 you can get a 060/240/SCSI with a BVision! I'd say it's a very good offer on a BlizzardPPC board with only a 040 CPU.

@effy
Next time you host a bid, please show us the rest :crazy:
-
hnnnnrgh.... not sure i might be able to squeeze to 350... however if someone has an 060/240/scsi/bvppc they want to sell for 350... ;-)
how about... i come up and collect it one weekend and give you 300 in cash? saves you postage... or i pay postage... i dunno, lemme know how it turns out, hopefully, you'll get what you want for it.
:-)

Take a look here (http://www.efunzine.com/efnz.php?a=kat&id=56&sid=e62859a3ecc5abab0d532dc77f57b78d) and here (http://www.efunzine.com/efnz.php?a=kat&id=72&sid=e62859a3ecc5abab0d532dc77f57b78d). It will set you back around £270 (BVision included). Just email them in English.

@doctorq:
Is that store for real? They seem to stock pretty much all the most wanted pieces of Amiga hardware. I wonder if the website is up to date. :-?
-
and if there is any posibility to understand what the... is writen on these pages...
-
@x56h34
I have been in contact with them, and they had the scandoubler module for the CyberVision 64/3D graohics card. However, they didn't want to sell it seperately, since it was part of a complete board, and my personal opinion is that sellers can't act this way if it's for sale seperately on the webpage. Because of their actions I will not buy from them, even though I'm the need of a BPPC, and with their prices it's a daily strugle not to order one!
Shouldn't hold others to deal with them though, and I know that keropi got his BPPC 060 from them, and AFAIK it was a pleasent deal.
@amije
Heard of web translation? Most of the products can be guessed without troubles; I understand ZERO polish myself.
-
I speak Polish but can only read a couple of words. Thans not what Im confused about though.
BPPC 603e/160 040/25 just under £90?
Are the currency conversion sites Im using teling the truth?
-
Thanks DoctorQ!
i've sent them a mail and await their response :-)
-
Yeah, I wonder if the currency conversion is correct.
I've also sent an e-mail and I'll see what they have to say about what the stock status is on certain items and of course pricing. :-)
-
Thanks x56h34 :-)
Keep us posted when they reply... if these prices are right I may well have to go shopping!
-
And if you guys have positive experiences with dealing with these people, I might just as well get that BPPC I need :-)
-
Providing that they:
- have stock
- correct pricing
- ship to Canada
- accept PayPal
...I may end up buying something too. :-)
-
PayPal I know they don't have, I asked myself. Don't know about the others.
-
Some sort of secure online credit card payment system would be sufficient, if no PayPal. :-)

Cheers
Barry.

I would perfer some one to collect, then they can see it for themself. I dont want to send it to someone and them to be disapointed by something I forgot or did not know. As I said, I am very lazy :-D (to lazy to cause any agro...)
Cheers
Barry.

@doctorQ
Marcin at eFUNZINe sends his thanks for mentioning his shop in here. he was a little perplexed about the rush of e-mail queries that day :-D
@sheepz
as much as i would like to collect, it'll cost me either £110 on the train, £120 in petrol, or £95 on the plane(!) :lol: anyway I'm now waiting for Marcin to let me know what he's got left... if anything :-?
-
@darksun9210
Let us know how everything works out. A shame they wouldn't sell the CV64/3D scandoubler seperately, if they had, I would most likely have ordered the top Blizzard PPC board from them as well.
-
I've received a reply that the only BPPC board in stock is the 603e/210 - 060/50 version (no SCSI) for 359EUR.
Website needs a big update, as we all suspected. :-)
-
yeah thats what i got when i asked about 060's... plus that now all his stock of them are spoken for... but he has said that he has some 040 cards...
i don't mind an 040... i'll get it upgraded to an 060 ;-)
-
If anyone is still intersted in the card, Please email me on baz_yer_ma_morrison@hotmail.com, I will post it anywere! :-)

I haven't been around these forums long, but have used Amigas since the A500 era. I have bought several Items from Marcin @ FunZine & even spoken to him on the phone. He's about as Genuine as they Get. Some of the choice pieces he has mailed me are an Entire A4000T Less the case (I had 1 already) Black 1084S, Mediator, keyboards, Floppy Drives.
Never an issue with anything & his service is Spot on.
