For those with an Apollo T1230 (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/showhardware.cgi?HARDID=109) (68030), T1240 (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/showhardware.cgi?HARDID=110) (68040) or T1260 (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/showhardware.cgi?HARDID=111) (68060) Accelerator Card for Amiga 1200, this is the SCSI Add-on Module (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/showhardware.cgi?HARDID=1142) from ACT Elektronik Vertriebs GmbH.
I bought this "new" from an Amiga dealer in 2004, but ended up getting a "SCSI Squirrel" and not ever installing this after all. I have never tested it, but it was bought as "new/unused" and should work fine. It must be pretty rare as it took me forever to track it down back when I thought I'd needed it.
Comes with the SCSI Module, Module-to-SCSI DB-25 Cable, Burned Driver Software CD, and Original Box. Feel free to email me with any questions!
Check it out: *RARE* Apollo CPU Card SCSI Module (Amiga 1200) (eBay Item#8767211489) (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8767211489)

If you think this is rare, I have all sorts of stuff you might want...............

Rare is a relative understanding. If I'd ask 1000 people if they have an apollo scsi addon 1 might say he/she does.
So from that point of view it is rare.
If you want something and it takes you 5 years to find it. It also is rare.
This example does match the first point of view. It is however very easy to get. In fact, I have one my self but I am to lazy to put it up for sale :)

"Rare" is relative... in my case at the time (2004), I searched eBay for a couple of months, and searched the stateside Amiga dealers' websites (which some people may also consider "rare"), and only found this SCSI module at one place. Once I purchased it, it disappeared from their listing.
Now for someone who looks up Amiga stuff everyday, they might see ten of these with no effort. But for me, I looked for a while for this thing... and if it took me that long to find just the one, I'd consider it "rare". :-)
Thanks for looking, though.

Exactly my point! Hope you sell it. Good luck.

51 USD and 20 hours to go ??? Not a bad price, seems higher than the price for a more common Blizzard 1230 scsi controller

Only 25 minutes to go! :-D
