Ok, I have:
1 Amiga A500
1 Copy of Workbench 1.2
1 Copy of CrossDOS
1 Null Modem Cable
1 Meg of Memory
No Hard Drive
How do I get ADF files from My PC to my Amiga? I've been looking on the 'net for hours trying to get info and I've gotten nothing but CONFUSED.

Use CrossDOS to copy the file over to your Amiga, put the ADF in to RAM:, then use adf2disk to write it to a floppy. Not sure whether 1MB would be enough once 880k of it is used up by the ADF.

With system specs like that you're probably best off your null modem cable and Amiga Explorer. It won't be very fast but will save you a ton of disk swapping.
-
Get cloanto amigaexplorer package and use the null modem cable. It costs some money, but is definitely worth it.. The amigaexplorer is also included in the amigaforever package also i think.
-
Or, for the cheapest way, use ADF Sender Terminal (http://adfsender.stoeggl.com/adfsenderterminal/methods.html) with a null modem cable.
However, I'd definitely recommend Amiga Forever - given what you get, it's worth buying.

not sure but crossdos requires wb 2.04 and up and the adf files are more than 900kb so it's double useless in this case anyway

Use AmigaExplorer package from cloanto. You can download a free version from his homepage and it's free.
Also it works with kick1.3, you only need a valid workbench disk.
